DMCA

AppGaming strictly adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and is committed to addressing claims of copyright infringement promptly and in full accordance with applicable law. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown request, we will swiftly remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing material. We reserve the right to provide a copy of the complaint — including your contact information — to the individual or entity responsible for the content in question.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you have the legal right to file a counter-notification. Your written counter-notice must include the following elements:

  • A description of the content that was removed and its previous location (URL or description).
  • Your full name, residential address, phone number, and email address.
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that the content was mistakenly removed or misidentified.
  • A statement confirming that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where your address is located (or any U.S. court if you live outside the United States), and that you agree to accept legal service from the original complainant or their representative.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a proper counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If they do not initiate legal proceedings within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content. We encourage all parties to resolve such disputes respectfully and lawfully.
